Nicola qualified as a solicitor in 2012 following studies at Sheffield Hallam and Manchester Metropolitan Universities. Following her success in education and training, Nicola joined Linder Myers in 2015 in our commercial litigation department.
Whilst predominantly based in our Sale office, Nicola frequently works within the firms’ Lytham and Shrewsbury offices, offering her expertise to her colleagues and clients alike.
Nicola specialises in contentious probate and inheritance disputes; a niche area of law. Although this area of law is still developing, Nicola is keen on consistently developing and widening her knowledge base to further help clients in need.

Nicola takes pride in understanding people’s issues, supporting and helping them through what can be very stressful and upsetting periods of their lives, following the loss of a loved one. This is the primary reason why Nicola chose this profession as her career and continues to progress her knowledge and expertise in this area.

Outside of work, Nicola enjoys staying active with a particular interest in running and dancing. She enjoys travelling the world and is keen to see as much of it as possible. Nicola is also a member of the in-house book club and frequently gets involved in discussion and debates.
