Neil heads up the Corporate & Commercial Department of Linder Myers in Sale.
He began his career as a solicitor working in Corporate Finance before moving to set up Geest's (now Bakkavor) first in-house legal function. Subsequently, he was appointed General Counsel for the Littlewoods Group, Dixons Stores Group, Park Group and Brunner Mond.
Neil has particular expertise in the sports and retail sectors and specialises in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.

Neil once negotiated the contract to buy every banana that was exported from the Caribbean, and was part of the executive management team that helped sell the Littlewoods group to the Barclay brothers for £750m.
In his spare time, Neil likes to play football, tennis and golf and is learning to play the guitar and banjolele.
