Mark joined Linder Myers’ personal injury department in 2003 becoming a partner in 2007.
Mark deals mainly with motorcycle accidents, where clients have sustained major orthopaedic injuries. He has been judicially recognised for his expertise, knowledge and experience in dealing with motorcycle liability issues. He also has a great deal of experience across the broad spectrum of personal injury work and partially handles files for Clinical Negligence and Occupational Disease
Examples of Mark’s successes for clients include:
- Acting for a motorcyclist who had a below the knee amputation of his left leg. The claim settled within nine months for £525,000.
- Representing a motorcyclist who sustained multiple injuries particularly to her legs resulting in numerous operations. She received £437,000.
- Acting for a motorcyclist who lost control of his bike after water from a mains supply had seeped and frozen. He sustained multiple fractures to both legs and was awarded £240,000.

Mark lives in Ashton-in-Makerfield his daughter. He is a keen sports fan, following Liverpool FC and Lancashire County Cricket Club. His other great interest is gardening which he finds to be the antithesis of his busy professional life. He also enjoys history, politics and current affairs.
