Hollie Randles

University of Law - Masters of Law (LLM) & University of Chester – Law (LLB)

Hollie joined the team at Linder Myers in October 2021 working within the family department in Lytham as a Solicitor. Hollie attended the University of Chester from 2014 and graduated in 2017 where she achieved a 2:1 LLB Law Degree. Hollie obtained a Masters of Law (LLM) and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law from 2017 to 2019 where she achieved a Commendation in both her Masters and the LPC.

When completing her research and dissertation to achieve her Masters, Hollie gave particular focus to child inclusive mediation and the jurisdictional comparisons in family law, both in and outside of Europe.

In 2019, Hollie completed her training contract at a well-respected Firm in Liverpool, where she spent 4 years building a strong rapport with fellow legal professionals and clients in and around the Merseyside area.

Hollie has a broad range of experience in divorce/separation and complex financial remedy matters involving overseas martial funds and property. Hollie is an experienced advocate and takes a pragmatic and sensitive approach to her cases. Over the years, Hollie has gained a vast amount knowledge in family law and also handles relocation matters involving children, child contact arrangements, domestic violence and forced marriages.

Hollie handled and concluded a forced marriage case for a minor where she obtained a Forced Marriage Protection Order immediately after instruction. In this case, time was of the essence as the plans to relocate the child overseas to marry where already underway. Hollie handled the application with sensitivity and concluded matters promptly to avoid the risk of the High Court having to apply for wardship under its inherent jurisdiction.

Outside of work, Hollie loves to travel, play piano and spend time with her family, friends and partner. She also loves hiking with her golden retriever, Theo, and has two cats, Maisie and Mollie (whom unfortunately don’t enjoy the hikes!).
