In her day to day role at Linder Myers, Anjum deals with new deputyship work, preparing applications to Court for Panel, Professional and Lay Deputyships and obtaining one off Orders where necessary. In addition, Anjum deals with ongoing management of Deputyship matters.
Anjum has gained experience in industrial disease, Islamic finance, deputyship and trust administration, conveyancing and following qualification in 2011, developed her skills and knowledge in Court of Protection work.
Following relocation to Manchester in October 2012, Anjum has continued to specialise in cases involving the Court of Protection for the young, elderly and vulnerable.
Previous experience includes creating personal injury trusts, property transaction acting for Trustees and Deputies, dealing with all aspects of personal injury trust administration and Court of Protection administration. Anjum is a Student Member of Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). Anjum has successfully completed the Trust and Estate Accounting and Taxation of Trusts and Estates exams of the Step Diploma for England and Wales.
Outside of work, Anjum is a busy mum, and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
