The Linder Myers Trusts and Estates department is one of the largest in the North West. We offer a full range of services, from basic Wills through to multi-million pound trusts and estates.

Our team and expertise
Our experienced team includes a number of solicitors who are accredited by Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE) and also the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). Our STEP accredited members are Andrew Cusworth, Graham Crewe and Liz Hall.
We have solicitors within the department who deal solely with Court of Protection work. One of our solicitors is also appointed to the Office of the Public Guardian panel of Deputies for Court of Protection work.
