Trevor Ward | Partner
Trevor joined Linder Myers as a Trainee Solicitor in 1984, becoming a Partner in 1989 in Medical Negligence. Trevor now leads the team in the Manchester office, pursuing claims for clinical negligence and medical accidents across England and Wales.
Trevor supervises all medical negligence work at the firm and has considerable experience and specialism in:
- birth trauma
- orthopaedic
- ophthalmic
- general surgery claims
Trevor has conducted cases for clients based around the world and also has substantial experience in dealing with multi million pound claims. He is an assessor for the Law Society specialist Clinical negligence Panel and is frequently asked to contribute to legal texts and articles, as well as lecturing to lawyers and doctors.
Trevor is elected as the Chairman of FOCIS (Forum of Complex Injury Solicitors) which has a membership of 28 of the leading Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence practitioners in the UK.

Trevor lives in Cheshire and is married with two daughters.

Education: BA Hons Law (2:1) at Manchester Metropolitan University. Winner of the Maxwell Law prize.
Memberships: accredited as a fellow of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL), American Association of Justice (AAJ) accredited international member and a member of the Law Society Clinical Negligence panel.
