Linder Myers has a dedication to recruiting and producing high calibre trainees. Each of our trainees will do four, six month rotations and gain experience in key areas of law.
Linder Myers has an open door policy whereby all senior partners and fee-earners are encouraged to mix with and support other staff members. This enables our trainees to learn from some great legal minds and feel relaxed in a welcoming environment.
Many of our senior partners and fee-earners started with training contracts at Linder Myers, and we have continued to develop their careers within the firm.
