Stuart Sutton | Partner
Stuart worked in solicitors firms at all levels before joining Linder Myers in 2010. He leads the Regulatory and Compliance team.
He has breadth and depth of experience in a wide range of regulatory issues:-
- compliance with rules of regulatory bodies
- regulatory defence before professional bodies
- criminal defence in magistrates and crown court
- road traffic issues such as totting up, speeding, exceptional hardship and special reasons
- VOSA prosecutions and matters before the Traffic Commissioner
- driving offences
Stuart’s department includes specialists in areas of Food Safety, Health and Safety, and care homes.
Stuart has a wide network of connections in the legal expense insurance industry and works for many of our affinity groups.
He is a member of the Tourism Society.
