Eve specialises in Mental capacity and Private Client Law. She works with severely brain injured children and adults assisting in the management of large compensation awards through the Court of Protection. She has significant experience of dealing with clients who have birth or acquired brain Injuries. She also deals with the financial issues arising from loss of capacity through age related brain conditions and capacity loss. Eve has extensive experience in dealing with unusual mental capacity issues.
Eve deals with complex financial abuse cases referred through the Office of the Public Guardian and complex applications to the Court of Protection for gifting /IHT planning and statutory wills.
Eve advises on all matters across private client – Court of Protection, Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney, Trusts and end of life matters.
Eve is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly and the Court of Protection Practitioners Association.
When not at work, Eve attends the gym and swims regularly. She has a strong interest in the far east after travelling extensively and living out in Japan for seven years.
