Risk management training

The Linder Myers training Academy is offering a full or half day workshop on risk management. Each workshop is broken down into:

Workshop 1: Strategic risk and operational risk

Topics including:

• succession
• disaster recovery planning
• risk profiling individual partners
• risk profile of the firm
• the impact of inadequate risk management, internal systems and procedures

Workshop 2: Compliance and regulatory risk

Topics including:

• main areas of compliance
• MLR 2007
• Code of conduct 2007
• Potential breaches

At the end of the workshops delegates will receive a risk management compliance review which can be used to undertake an internal audit.

We can also provide a risk management action plan to enable the firm to draft an action plan to cover all areas of risk management.
