Neil Davies | Solicitor
Neil joined Linder Myers in September 2010 and is a Solicitor in our Trusts and Estates department.
Neil specialises in:
- Wills
- non-contentious and contentious Probate
- Trusts
- Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection
- care home and community care funding
Examples of Neil's success for clients include:
- Carmarthenshire Social Services - acted in a complaint in order to secure direct payments care funding for a teenager suffering from brain injuries
- London Borough of Redbridge Social Services and Redbridge Primary Care Trust - acted in joint complaint regarding the withdrawal of care funding for a severely disabled gentleman
Neil also has substantial experience in complex applications to the Court of Protection.
Neil lives in Shrewsbury with his wife and young daughter. He enjoys music, guitar playing, reading and curries. He also regularly volunteers for Butterfly Conservation UK.
