Medical products and drugs claims

Some injuries are unfortunately sustained by the use of drugs. There may be inappropriate use of a range of drugs whether prescribed by GP or hospital. Many issues can arise from medical drug use:

1. A patient may have a condition that is contra-indicted by the use of a prescribed drug. For example, some people are allergic to penicillin.

2. Patients may feel that their prescription of a regular drug has not been monitored sufficiently and they have suffered injury and side effects as a result

3. A patient may consider that the drugs they have been taking have been withdrawn in an inappropriate manner and they have suffered symptoms and injuries as a result

4. Some people have been prescribed an inappropriate drug for their condition
