Mark Dennis | Head of Department

Formerly a partner at Halliwells and SNG, where he was the Senior Partner, Mark joined Linder Myers in September 2012 following the acquisition of SNG.

Mark has a number of years’ insolvency experience, during which time he has acted for most of the insolvency practitioners in the North West, notably Begbies Traynor, Grant Thornton, Leonard Curtis, RSM Tenon, Geoffrey Martin & Co and PKF, together with significant lenders and other institutions such as UCB Bank, Scottish & Newcastle Brewery, First Property Finance, Positive Cashflow Finance and Mathon.

Mark has also acted on commercial litigation matters for over 15 years and has particular expertise in Professional Negligence and has been involved in the last few years acting for lenders in numerous complex and high value cases involving surveyors and solicitors.

Mark often assists in putting together deals for pre-packaged administrations involving IPs, lenders and valuers.
