The client tripped in a pothole in a residential street, and the the Court found that due to the Council's regular need to repair this particular road, the Council should have instituted a higher level of repair system and quality. Doing so would have reduced the likelihood of such accidents. The client was awarded damages.

  • Many successful RTA claims, maximising awards for general and special damages, and interest on the same by careful and considered use of the CPR and negotiations.
