Jon Andrews | Partner

Jon joined Linder Myers in December 2011 following the acquisition of Rowlands Field Cunningham.

Jon was instrumental in setting up the occupational disease department at Linder Myers and leads the team in Manchester.

His area of expertise is occupational disease, specialising particularly in:

• asbestos related disease and other respiratory diseases
• exposure to hazardous materials
• mesothelioma Claims
• vibration white finger
• noise induced hearing loss
• tracing insurers and successor companies where employers ceased trading many years ago.

Education: Degree in Politics at Warwick University, General Secretary of Warwick University Students Union then he moved on to the Chester College of Law.

Employment: Joined Rowland’s in August 1990 and qualified as a solicitor in 1992 and became a Partner in 2000. Where he remained until the merger with Linder Myers in 2011.

Jon is a "family man" he lives in Stretford and is married with with 2 children. His hobbies and interests include long walks, travelling as often as time permits and an annual pilgrimage to Le Mans 24 hour race.
