Jill Entwistle | Legal Executive

Jill is a legal executive in the Personal Injury department at Linder Myers. She has been with the firm since November 1996.

Jill has a wide range of personal injury experience, but particularly specialises in:

• Carbon monoxide cases
• Cosmetic injury

Notable cases include:

• The successful pursuit of a company following the faulty fitting of a fire extinguisher, which caused the occupant to suffer the effects of Carbon Monoxide poisoning.
• Jill purses private landlords renting out premises which possess faulty boilers and appliances, as the consequences of Carbon Monoxide poisoning can be catastrophic and sometimes fatal.
• Jill also specialises in cosmetic injury which can vary from hairdressing claims such as the use of inappropriate chemicals, to nail bar claims. She successfully recovered in excess of £3,000 from a salon for failing to remove hair products within a reasonable amount of time.
   

Jill is married with three children and lives in Manchester. Her hobbies and interests include camping, cycling, running, dining with friends and spending time with her family.
