Janet Fleming | Partner

Janet joined Linder Myers as a Partner in the family department in April 2004. She now leads the department. She is based in Manchester but also acts for clients from the Shrewsbury office.

Janet has specialised in family law throughout her career, practising in Manchester city centre since 1989. She specialises in:

• divorce
• financial issues particularly where a family business is involved

Janet is married and lives in north Manchester with her husband and daughter. In the past she has advised script writers for Coronation Street.

Janet sums up her approach to work by stating: "I try not to lose sight of the fact that every client is unique with their own specific requirements which have to be met. You can't take a 'one size fits all' approach to this area of work".
