Graham Wallwork | Associate

Graham qualified as a solicitor in April 2007, having completed his training at Linder Myers. Within three years he was made Associate Partner in the Manchester Commercial Property Department.

Graham acts for a variety of clients including major lenders, landlords, developers and investors.

Graham has considerable experience in all aspects of commercial property and in particular specialises in the following:

• landlord and tenant -acting for both landlords and tenants (single properties and portfolios) in connection with. ; the grant of leases, lease extensions, surrenders, assignments and applications to assign, sub-let and for the carrying out of works
• acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
• development: - acting for developers and landowners in connection with residential/commercial development- advising on option agreements, conditional contracts, overage agreements, joint ventures and development agreements
• secured lending: - advising a range of institutional banks, short-term and specialist lenders in connection with property finance matters including preparation of reports on title and taking legal charges and supporting security and acting for borrowers in connection with re-financing and security documentation (including Facility Letters, Charges, Debentures and Guarantees)
• corporate support: - providing commercial property advice in connection with company and asset sale and purchase transactions

Graham lives with his wife in Hazel Grove. In his spare time he enjoys long distance running and socialising with friends and family.
