Gareth Williams | Solicitor
Gareth is a Solicitor in the Trusts and Estates department of Linder Myers. He joined in April 2007 as a paralegal, becoming a qualified solicitor in 2009. Gareth now assists Andrew Cusworth with the day to day management of his deputyship clients, some of whom have received multi million pound compensation awards.
Gareth specialises in mental capacity and Court of Protection work, including:
- property and affairs deputyships
- statutory wills
- brain injury litigation advice
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Personal Injury Trusts
His clients vary from people of all ages with acquired brain injuries, to older people with dementia and their families. Gareth also helps personal injury and medical negligence solicitors, from within and outside Linder Myers, who seek assistance with the Court of Protection aspects of their claim.
Gareth, originally from North Wales, now lives in Warrington with his wife. His main hobbies revolve around football and he is a season ticket holder at Wrexham Football Club.
