If you are supplying hot food or hot drink to members of the Public on or from any premises between the hours of 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. then you are providing “Late Night Refreshment” which is a “licensable activity” for which you will require a “Premises Licence”. If you are currently providing food in this area and don’t have a license please contact one of our solicitors immediately so that we can advise you what you need to do to prevent an investigation and punishment from the authorities.
