Training on equality in the workplace

The Linder Myers Academy is offering a full or half day’s training course on equality in the workplace.

The training course will provide you with:

• the knowledge required to ensure equality in the workplace
• the provision of a bespoke equality policy for your organisation
• information about the pitfalls organisations face if equality cannot be demonstrated
   

In October 2010, the Equality Act 2010 came into force with one of the biggest shake-ups in discrimination in recent years. Whilst some principles remained the same, many changes came into force and it is vital that your organisation remains up to date.
