Employment tribunal training

The Linder Myers Academy is offering a full day’s training course which will provide you with the knowledge and information to properly defend a claim in an Employment Tribunal.

The course covers:

• the jurisdiction and powers of the Tribunal
• preparation of documentation
• practical guidance of defending an Employment Tribunal claim
• compliance with directions at an Employment Tribunal
• an in-depth insight into what happens on the day of a Hearing

Understanding how the Employment Tribunal works and how to prepare initial documentation will save you time and money. Even if you decide to seek legal representation eventually, the training allows you to complete the first important stages.

Without the skills and knowledge necessary to understand how a Tribunal works and to be able to defend your own claims, you will have to instruct a legal advisor for which the costs will be significant.

The Linder Myers Employment Tribunal training is available for up to 20 members of your organisation.
