CQC - The Care Quality Commission
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulates care services provided by the NHS, local authorities, private companies and voluntary organisations. This covers people of all ages; in residential homes, the community, in people’s own homes for adults, and in residential care homes for children.
The CQC has a particular focus on care of the elderly as well as people with mental health problems, learning disabilities, physical disabilities and long-term health conditions.
The Regulatory team at Linder Myers can help defend you from the initial inspection stage to representation at tribunals and courts as necessary, or in the case of an application for the revocation of your licence to trade, which can arise for both individuals and organisations.
