Linder Myers have a dedicated team with experience of Court of Protection matters.

The head of the department, Partner Andrew Cusworth, has been appointed to the Court of Protection's new panel of Professional Deputies. Andrew is one of just 64 Panel Deputies in the England and Wales. He works closely with the rest of the team who are specialists in Court of Protection matters.
The Court of Protection team at Linder Myers regularly act for people who are under the jurisdiction of the Court of Protection. They are experienced in acting as independent Deputies for incapacitated people and making deputyship applications for family members who wish to be appointed.
