Dawn Goodall

Dawn joined Linder Myers in May 2009 as part of the merger with Rostrons Solicitors. She joined Rostrons in 2003 and built up the conveyancing department. Dawn is now works as a solicitor in the Clinical Negligence department.

Dawn specialises in a wide range of injury claims including:

• road traffic accidents
• trip and slip accidents
• accidents at work (from minor or major injuries and disease)

She also has experience of a range of clinical negligence cases including cancer misdiagnosis, traumatic births, limb amputation and cosmetic surgery claims.

Dawn is married, with two children and lives in Blackpool. She enjoys going to the gym, specifically spinning classes (bikes not plates!), spending time with her children and friends.

Dawn sums up her approach to work by stating: “your clients are your top priority; you have to reassure them and make sure they understand the process. I always treat my clients the way I would expect to be treated, empathy and understanding during what, in most cases, is an extremely traumatic and emotional time”
