Peter Kaye

Peter joined Linder Myers in 1998 and is a Partner and head of the Commercial Litigation department.

Peter specialises in:

• corporate and private disputes
• property litigation
• high grade banking disputes
• inheritance and probate disputes
• consumer law issues
• insolvency issues
• shareholder disputes
• other general commercial litigation matters

He worked on a potential group action regarding the Consumer Credit Act.

Peter has built his reputation on his skills and the quality of service that he provides to his clients. Peter is married with two children and lives in Cheshire. He shares a famous namesake, who he comments has become ‘the bane of my life’.
