Linder Myers have a number of accreditations and continue to strive for best practice in all areas.
Lexcel
The Lexcel Practice Management Standard has been achieved by Linder Myers since August 2001. It is awarded by the Law Society which is the representative body for solicitors in England and Wales.
The Lexcel standard is only awarded to firms of solicitors who meet the highest customer care and practice management standards. It ensures we offer excellent customer service, cost efficiency and minimum risks for our clients.
Investors in People
Linder Myers have achieved the much coveted Investors in People. This shows our commitment to staff and our recognition of their importance in the success of the firm.
Accreditations by department
A number of our solicitors are members of Resolution, APIL and AvMA. Our lawyers have been accepted onto various specialist Solicitors Regulatory Authority (SRA) panels in recognition of their high levels of expertise.
We are accredited by the British Franchising Association (BFA) for our commitment to good practice in franchising.
We are accredited by the Law Society in both Personal Injury and Medical Negligence.
We have a number of solicitors who are accredited by Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE) and the Society of Trusts and Estates Practioners (STEP).
