Corporate Social Responsibility

Corporate Social Responsibility (“CSR”) is the concept whereby organisations integrate social and environmental concerns into their business operations and into their interaction with their stakeholders on a voluntary basis. Linder Myers LLP is committed to adopting best practice in this area.

Linder Myers is fully committed to the principle of CSR and intends that CSR should become embedded, where appropriate, into its policies and practices, to the benefit of staff as well as the wider community.

Linder Myers nominate different charities to focus our support. For 2011, these charities are:

• Holidays with Help
• St Ann's Hospice

Holidays with Help was formed by a group of British Red Cross Society Members with over thirty years experience of organising holidays for large groups of people with disabilities. Holidays with Help is run by volunteers so all funds raised are used to provide support for the guests and the administration of the charity. St Ann's Hospice is the largest hospice in Greater Manchester and a key part of the North West community. It is recognised as a centre of excellence for specialist palliative care for people over the age of eighteen.
